Delivery Information
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
We want shipping to be simple and transparent:
Free Shipping:
All orders with a subtotal of $69 or more (after discounts, before tax) qualify for free standard shipping.Orders under $69:
For orders below the free shipping threshold, a small shipping fee will apply. The exact cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your payment.Shipping Carriers We Use:

Other trusted regional delivery partners
For some shipments, especially those handled by YANWEN, the parcel may be transferred to USPS or OnTrac (or a similar local carrier) for final delivery in your area.
Carrier Selection:
At this time, customers cannot choose a specific carrier at checkout. Our system automatically selects the most suitable and efficient option based on your address, product type, and warehouse location to keep delivery fast and reliable.
2. Order Processing Time
We do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Processing time can vary based on stock status and the type of item:
In-Stock Items
Most in-stock items ship within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are typically processed and shipped on the next business day.
Out-of-Stock or Pre-Sale Items
If an item is out of stock in your local warehouse or marked as a pre-sale product, we may need to transfer inventory from our China warehouse or another fulfillment center.
This transfer can add at least 1 extra week to processing time, depending on logistics and customs clearance.
If you need your order urgently, please email service@hotsvibe.com with your order details before or immediately after placing your order. Our customer service team can give you a rough estimate of any additional delay.
Weekends, Holidays & Peak Periods
Weekends and public holidays are not treated as business days, either by us or our shipping partners.
During major holidays (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and other peak seasons), you may experience slight delivery delays of about 2–3 days.
Our customer service response times may also be a bit slower during such periods, but we will respond as soon as possible and keep you updated.
3. Order Tracking
We believe you should always know where your order is. There are several ways to track your package:
Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with:
Your tracking number
A tracking link where you can see real-time updates
If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam / Promotions folder.
Track via Your Account
If you created an account on hotsvibe.com, log in and go to “Order Details” or “My Orders”.
There you can view your order history, status (processing, shipped, delivered), and tracking information.
Order Tracking Page
You can also visit our “Order Tracking” page on the website.
Enter your order number and email address to pull up your tracking details.
If you have trouble with tracking information or it hasn’t updated for several days, contact us at service@hotsvibe.com with your order number and tracking number.
4. Changing Your Delivery Address
We understand that mistakes happen, and sometimes an address needs to be corrected:
Before Shipment (within 24 hours preferred)
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email service@hotsvibe.com as soon as possible—ideally within 24 hours of placing your order.
Include:
Your order number
The incorrect address
The correct address you want it changed to
We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. Once the shipping label is created and the carrier has picked up the parcel, changes are no longer guaranteed.
After Shipment
Once your order has shipped, we cannot directly change the address in our system.
In some cases, you may be able to contact the local carrier or post office (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with your tracking number and request a hold or redirection, subject to their policies.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we can arrange reshipment (see your return / reship policy for any additional fees).
5. Is My Package Discreet?
Yes. We take your privacy very seriously.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no product images and no explicit descriptions on the outside.
The shipping label will not show “Hotsvibe” in an obvious or adult-related way, and there will be no adult keywords printed on the box.
From the outside, the package looks like a normal parcel, so only you will know what’s inside.

6. What Happens If I’m Not Home When My Package Arrives?
Life is busy — we get it. Here’s what usually happens if you’re not available at the time of delivery:
Carrier Attempts Delivery
In many cases, the carrier will try to leave the package in a safe place, such as:
Your mailbox
A reception or front desk
A covered or discrete area near your door
If a safe drop is not possible, they may mark the package as attempted delivery.
Notice Left / Pickup at Local Office
If delivery is not completed, you may receive:
A card in your mailbox
An email or SMS notification
This notice will give you instructions—such as scheduling a redelivery or picking up from a local post office or collection point.
If the package is sent to a local delivery office, it is typically held for around 10 days (exact time may vary by carrier and country).
When picking up your order in person, please bring:
The delivery notice (card, SMS, email, etc.)
A valid photo ID that matches the delivery name and address.
Avoiding Issues
To avoid missed deliveries or returns:
Keep an eye on your tracking updates after the order ships.
If you know you’ll be away, consider using an address where someone you trust can receive the package.
If your package is returned to us because it wasn’t claimed in time, we can arrange to resend the package according to our reshipment and shipping fee policies. For help in this situation, contact us at service@hotsvibe.com with your order number and tracking information.
7. Estimated Delivery Time
We will provide an estimated delivery time at checkout based on the items in your order and your shipping address. Some orders may be shipped in multiple installments.

Please note that no carrier can currently guarantee a specific delivery time. All carriers may experience nationwide or regional delays, so please place your order well in advance, especially for time-sensitive orders.
We do not provide estimated delivery times for military personnel addresses. Please allow at least several weeks for delivery.
